Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of this service, payments are non-refundable once the session has been delivered. Refunds may be requested up to 72 hours before the scheduled session by emailing offshorelyteam@gmail.com. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.
